We are delighted to offer free premium shipping to the contiguous United States.
Domestic Shipping:
For domestic orders, all items are shipped from our warehouse in Calhoun, GA. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are generally delivered within 7-10 business days. Larger items may vary in delivery times and can take longer as they are delivered via freight.
All orders are signature required at the time of delivery. For freight deliveries, you may receive a call to schedule delivery ahead of time.
We encourage all orders to be tracked regularly by the customer to ensure a smooth delivery process.
International Shipping:
We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Is expedited delivery available?
We currently do not offer expedited delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?

Returns
Soho & Nolita rugs are individual and unique pieces, and we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. We offer a 30-day return policy for all rugs from the date of customer receipt.
Returned items must be in their original condition, free from visible wear, damage, stains, and pet hair. We are unable to accept heavily used items that have been damaged due to customer usage.
A $20.00 restocking fee per item applies to all returns to facilitate the smooth handling of the return process.
To initiate a return, please contact us at vip@sohoandnolita.com with your order number, reason for return, and any other comments.
The item/items being returned must match the original shipping dimensions. As we provide prepaid return labels, it is essential that the dimensions on the labels align with how the items are packaged. Additional return and packaging instructions will be provided along with your return label.
Upon receiving your return, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
