When can I expect my order to ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Custom pieces may take longer—check product pages for details.

Can I update my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Email us as soon as you can with your order number and request.
What’s your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.
My tracking number isn’t working—what should I do?
Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to activate. If it’s still not updating, let us know and we’ll take a look.
Something arrived damaged—what now?
Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos and a short description—we’ll make it right, fast.
How long will I be waiting for backordered items?
Wait times vary depending on the product, but you’ll be the first to know when it’s back in stock if you’re on the waitlist.
Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. For Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders, contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Can I see a sample before buying a rug?
Yes! Select rugs come with a swatch option—just look for “Request a Swatch” on the product page.
